Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Strengthen India–France Tech and Economic Ties at VivaTech 2026 in Paris
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Paris for high-level meetings with French business leaders and participation in VivaTech 2026 alongside President Emmanuel Macron. He will deliver a keynote address highlighting India’s digital growth and innovation ecosystem. India will showcase its largest pavilion, reflecting strong India–France tech cooperation and diaspora engagement.
Later in the day, Prime Minister Modi will attend VivaTech 2026 alongside French President Emmanuel Macron. The event is recognized as Europe’s largest technology and startup summit and serves as a major global platform for innovation-driven dialogue and partnerships.
During the summit, Prime Minister Modi is expected to deliver a keynote address highlighting India’s rapidly expanding global digital presence and its growing influence in the international technology ecosystem. India will feature the largest national pavilion at this year’s VivaTech summit, symbolizing the scale and ambition of India’s innovation ecosystem and its expanding partnership potential with European technological networks.
In addition to his participation at the summit, Prime Minister Modi is also scheduled to address members of the Indian diaspora at a special community event in Paris, underscoring the government’s continued engagement with overseas Indian communities.
